By accessing or purchasing from Doppio Noshery (operated under VEBNOX OS), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any segment of these terms, you are requested to discontinue site usage.
All coffee beans are sold as specialty agricultural produce. While we guarantee roast standards, profiles, and weight criteria (e.g. 500g or 1kg bags), sensory characteristics vary naturally between crop harvests. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock depletion or system pricing malfunctions.
Purchases must be settled using the options provided on checkout. If selecting bank transfer, the customer is required to upload clear screenshot proof or input a valid transaction reference. Orders will remain in a pending state until receipt validation is completed by the roastery administrator.
Subscription items will automatically charge and dispatch according to your chosen duration (e.g. every 2 weeks or monthly). Customers can suspend, adjust frequency, or cancel subscriptions through their Customer Dashboard up to 24 hours prior to the next scheduled roast date.
All deliveries are managed via trusted third-party carriers from our Australian location. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping provider. Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be explicitly guaranteed.
We reserve the right to alter pricing, product availability, or subscription delivery methods without prior notice. Continuous site usage following modifications acts as consent to the updated Terms.
